"We have a large family and rely on one thing more than any other, our tumble dryer. If that's not working then we get buried under dirty laundry in about 6 hours! So when the heating element in my old one gave up the ghost on a Sunday afternoon we panicked. But then I remembered how good AO were when I got our cooker and washing machine from them and jumped on the site. Not only cheaper for the model I wanted than anywhere else but delivered the next day at a time that suited me. Perfect. Family life back to normal in a matter of hours as the new model is a massive 10kg one and took 2 full loads straight away, super wife strop avoided thanks to the smart touch feature that means she doesn't have to get up to the machine to set it going and lots of brownie points for the dad that gets stuff sorted! "This really is a great product. We have never had a condenser drier before and where a little concerned if it was going to be very loud. We were very impressed with how it has preformed so far. Very easy to empty water and surprisingly quite. AO delivered it and even brought it into the house which was great.
10/10 from me . "

"I am not a big fan of condensor dryers and previous one seemed to get too hot for sensitive clothes even with the sensitive setting. But this Candy seems way better. Easy to use settings and I love the water tank in the door. So much easier than having to constantly open the kick plate at the bottom of the machine. I am a little concerned that the tabs that hold it on place could vey broken off so not letting it overfill and being careful lifting it out. But if you have it near a drain or outlet there is a pipe that can be fitted although not an option for me.
It has been running almost non stop since last week catching up and so far tried a few different settings and all worked well.
Would definitely buy again although hope it lasts longer than my previous one did!"

"Really pleased with this tumble drier, it's quite quiet compared with my old one so am very happy about that! It matches my washing machine so looks good in the kitchen.
If I have any negative it's that there are so many different drying options that I'm never sure which one to use, but am sure I will get used to which programs work best for me. I have downloaded the app and had a play with it but probably won't use it much. The water container is on the door which is unusual but seems a very effective way of collecting the water. "
