"The product is great. The drum is large making drying bedding & towels easy & there are lots of different settings depending on what you want. The dryer has lots of technical settings but is also extremely easy to understand and use. Paid for installation and removal of old one which was worth it. Everything was quick with no mess left to deal with or dispose of. Very happy."

"Product seems to be working well large 9kg drum but little concerned about water cartridge being at bottom of dryer and had to remove plastic cover as seems flimsy plastic might get broken with removal as not on hinges but other than that working well at moment good value for price paid"
