"Just bought another Candy heat pump tumble dryer so that I could give my 2 year old machine to my son. I rate them highly due to their initial cost, relatively low electric usage and large capacity. I also recommended that my daughter buy the same model- I assured her that she wouldn’t be disappointed! Although the drying cycles are long the machines seem gentle in the fabrics. "

"This is my first tumble dryer and it works perfectly. It’s very simple to use, quiet(ish) and easy to maintain. Wish I’d got one years ago! The 9KG drum is massive with it's large access door makes it easy to throw in a load of wet towels etc and have them dry in super quick time."

"This machine is destroying my soul! I left my Bosch in my last house at the request of the buyer, but I really wish I had replaced it with another Bosch. I bought this because of the A++ rating, and that it seemed a step up from a condenser. I've yet to get a dry washing from it; in fact the washing is in so long it comes out smelling musty! I could previously do the whole week's washing in one morning, including bedding. With this monstrosity, it takes up to four hours for one load, and there's no guarantee it will be even almost dry when it comes out. I've tried every combination of programs, weights, etc, but I still get a damp lump of musty towels, bedding or clothes at the end of it.
I'd love to know how all these four and five star ratings are happening! I'm giving it away to a charity shop and buying another Bosch. I can't face a winter of living with this thing trundling away for hours and a house full of wet washing! "

"Nice dryer, but given 4 stars as if anything bad too many control options with unclear symbols.. you find yourself reaching for the manual often until you get used to it."

"Was going in blind with buying this product. It is perfect! Takes around 1.5-2 hours to dry which is in sync with our washing machine which takes 1hours 55 mins per wash! The machine is very quiet and so easy to clean and empty. We can use this in the middle of the night and won’t be able to hear it! Really happy with the purchase and service from ao. Thanks."
