"We are delighted with this dryer. Its very quiet, and very energy efficient. We read alot of reviews before deciding specifically on this machine. We bought this to replace our ageing vented dryer with basic controls that kept switching itself off randomly and was expensive to run. We have a busy household with 2 adults and 6 children, so a large capacity, reliable tumble dryer is essential for a steady supply of dry towels, bedding, pyjamas etc. I wish we had bought a large capacity heat pump model ages ago. This model takes a huge amount in one go, and tells you in minutes how long there is left to finish the cycle, so there's no more guessing. There are programs for every type of load you can think of and you can even alter or tweak them if you need to. We haven't felt the need to use this feature yet, so cannot comment on this process. It does take a little longer to dry a load than a vented model, but this trade off for reliability, energy savings, and quiet operation more than makes up for this for us. We plumbed the condensate pipe into the plumbing waste pipework so we don't need to empty the container in the front door. This didn't take very long and was straightforward to accomplish. Although it is not a priority for us, the machine looks neat and tidy from the front, so is pleasing to the eye. We can't think of anything to dislike about this dryer."

"Brilliant service, delivered without issue. Tumblebdryer is easy to set up and is very quiet. I love the fact that the water collector is on the door as ot makes it so much easier to empty."
