"The washing machine is great - easy to use and lots of programmes to select from. I'm still getting to grips with the dryer part as always had a separate dryer before. Drying programmes are very long and still clothes are not always dry at the end. When cycle finishes, or if you interrupt the process, the door stays locked for 10 minutes or so - and when clothes come out, they are creased. If you could get the clothes out straight away and hang them up less ironing would be needed (I hate ironing!)"

"Great product with 14 minute wash for quickness and convenience washer and dryer. As well as this, the app is a fantastic feature so I can set the settings anywhere. Customer service with a very helpful and friendly staff member whom offered to also take away my old washer for free even though it is usually £20. Great buy and will use AO again. First time using AO and won’t be the last, thankyou! "
