Features:
I've found this washer dryer to be excellent for handling large loads. It's easy to load/unload the machine thanks to a large drum that's mounted up a little higher than most machines so you don't have to bend down as far. To give an idea of how large the drum is, I've managed to fit a fairly thick double duvet in my machine with no issues.
There's plenty of different programs to choose from, but note that the 9 kg washing capacity is only for the cottons programs; other programs have lower load capacities.
The Kg detector feature means that the machine will tailor the length of the washing cycle to suit the load inside the machine; I've noticed a 20-30 minute saving on average.
The Smart Touch feature allows you to control your washer from your phone (Android only, requires NFC), view statistics about the machine (e.g. energy efficiency, most popular cycle) and also run a cleaning cycle. Due to the limitations of NFC, you can only do this in the same room as the machine which limits flexibility of using the phone as a remote control. I would prefer to see Bluetooth or Wi-Fi being used, which would make the app much more convenient to use (e.g. can control the machine from upstairs, or outside the house).
Performance:
I've had no problems with the washing or drying performance of the machine, my clothes come out clean, and the sensor based drying means my clothes are never over dried.
Unfortunately the machine is quite noisy during the low to medium spin and because it's quite a high pitched sound, it can be quite annoying.
Build quality:
The door hinge is made out of plastic - my previous Candy washer dryer had a metal door hinge. I don't think a plastic door hinge is as durable as a metal one in the long run.
There's also a few design oversights. For example, if the detergent drawer is open, the door of the machine can't be opened at the same time without hitting the drawer. Also, if the child lock is turned on, the machine can still be changed or turned off by rotating the program dial."
