"Overall the washer dryer is good quality. One problem I did find was I had to crumble up the Calgon tablets as they wouldn't go past the lower strengthing piece in the detergent drawer. The dryer seems to have problems drying towels"

"I purchased this washer dryer back in December, as a first time home owner i thought it seemed like good quality for the price.
Started off fine, then got really noisy and stopped drying clothing, I called AO and they were great and got a technician from Hoover Candy to come and look at the washer, twice. Both times he tightened the bolts on the drum and said there was nothing wrong with the dryer as it was getting hot, I explained it got really hot but the clothes was not drying. Called for a 3rd time and they got the technician out again to assess the machine and said it was structural damage.
I then received a new machine.
All excited to finally gave a machine that didn't keep me up at night and sound like there was ww3 in the kitchen and I might actually be able to dry the clothing.
First time on no noise, happy days.
First time drying, clothes wetter than they were when I set the tumble off.
Called AO who put me through to a very unhelpful customer service advisor at Hoover Candy. They sent out a technician who said the tumble is working exactly as it should but felt and looked at a load that I had tried to dry last night and said it shouldn't be like that but there is no fault with the machine.
To call back if the issue was still happening. Tried again and clothes still soaking.
Absolute disgrace of a washer dryer. "

"Cannot fault the washer, clothes never been cleaner. The drying feature... Well. 8 hours to dry half a load. They literally dried faster on the airer.
The time that comes up on how long the load is going to take is a bit pointless, it's constantly updating so you can't use it to plan how long it's actually going to take. 3.5 hours to wash? Nah, ready in 2. Or the other way. Only gonna take 1.2? See you in a week!
Love the style, easy to use, super quiet. But why Lord is the drying function so poor? I've never been so stressed in my life. My kids school trousers and my work uniform are now the main focus of my day, will they be dry in time or shall I send us all off with dirty ones? Who knows. "

"I am so pleased with my new Candy Washer/Dryer after my previous Hoover started leaking underneath.I find it much easier to use and once I got used to how the dryer works I love its performance"
