"The service from AO.com was awesome with brilliant communication all the way and the lads who delivered the washer drier were also bob on.
My old washer dryer died and I did a fair bit of research to select this one. Candy is the parent company of Hotpoint so the tech is going to be up-to-date and reliable. My last one was a Hotpoint and lasted more than 10 years which say it was 600 quid is an average of 50 pounds a year.
This machine has a large capacity and a big door and drum. I have only used the daily 59 minutes programme and it washes superbly. I've run around 5 dry cycles through it and it works fine and stops when it senses the clothes are dry enough. The dryer does not run as hot as my previous machine and seems to take longer but I'm not bothered. Its not like I'm waiting for a load to finish.
Very happy with this washer drier and much cheaper than I was anticipating.
Also a nice surprise was when you register the machine with candy they give you a 10 years parts warranty for free. "
"I’m a first time owner of a washer dryer having alway had separate machines. I’m very pleased as others have said it does take a little longer to dry the clothes but the ease of being able to do it all in one machine is great. The controls are easy to figure out, I’ve only used the daily program and the quick wash so far but both are great. It’s a shame the smart feature doesn’t work with apple products but the machine is still great even without that option. "
