"Bought a product similar to this item in Nov 2018, the Candy Alise washer/dryer, it’s lasted 15 months!!!. I used it 1-2 a wk and believe that for the money surely it should’ve lasted much longer. Admittedly my warranty run out after 12 months, maybe I should’ve extended it, but then again I didn’t expect it to pack in so soon. I emailed the company I bought it from and it was suggested that if i paid £149 it would be covered for just a year!!!. It’s been a total a total waste of money and I’ll never buy a Candy product again!!!!"

"Washes and dries very well so overall satisfied with the product.
Some points to mention:
As others have mentioned drying time is quite long but this is my first washer/dryer so don't have anything to compare with and drying time could be the norm.
Was under the assumption it had a Kg readout but it just has a detector which modifies setting but does not tell you the weight of the laundry which is a shame as some other same branded washer/dryers do.
Paused a drying cycle on one occasion to see how dry the clothes were and if they needed the full drying time when I tried to resume the cycle, it started it from beginning. Don't know if that was an error on my part but won't be trying that again."
