"Bought September 2020, new motor fitted in early November 2020. Was not as quiet as the reviews made out to be, second engineer visit three weeks after the first. Continued screeching and grinding noises while using it. After speaking to AO, they agreed to take it back and let me choose another. Was such a shame as it was fine in the beginning. Definitely not normal for a new machine to be given a new motor in such a short space of time between buying it and an engineer coming out. Would not recommend - spend extra and buy a better one. "
