"the installers arrived exactly when they said, and did as much as they could - turned out our builders had installed the wrong size connection for the machine. And though installers could not perform the work themselves they described exactly what I would need to complete it.
Also - 3 flights of stairs and no complaints..!!"

"Bit disappointed. Washes ok, but doesn't spin as well as my last machine. Disappointed too that you can't opt to have a short drying cycle. Would have liked a quick 30min option just to fluff up towels for example, rather than the whole drying cycle which is very long. Quite noisy too."

"For the price, it is good value. I chose the DIY install and recycling of old washer dryer. After removing the transit bolts using the installation instructions, I connected the water hose and looked through the book. The app for Android is interesting, but only works on NFC, so you need to touch the phone on the front of the machine, it can be hit and miss. I would have preferred WiFi or full Internet connectivity/control. If I am going to use my phone and touch it on the machine, I might as well just press the controls !
There are plenty of wash cycles including Energy and Water Saving for those on a water me like me. The 14min wash is perfect. The dryer does take a considerable time, but only used in emergencies or in winter. What I don't like is the flimsy piece of cardboard under the machine with plastic press studs, a metal plate with sound insulation would be better. The good things are programs available and low noise, plus it doesn't bounce around the kitchen like the old machine it replaced. It is quiet when filling and washing, sometimes noticeable on 1400 spin.
If I could change anything it would be the app and connectivity, also being able to select a 1400 spin speed on the 14min wash to get the clothes that tiny bit dryer. I noticed the phone app is voice controlled, so this is ideal for people less abled as they can tell the machine what they want it to do. The buttons are touch sensitive, so no need to press them and the rotary control is very easy to use.
Up to now it's been great. One piece of advice I would give is - follow the cleaning schedule and maintenance washes for your washer/dryer no matter which model. This will keep it running efficiently. This Candy advises when a clean is due and does a countdown via the phone app.
I would like a bit more control, maybe the ability to build a programme. Maybe pick a wash, rinse and dry cycle of your own.
The machine is well built and looks good, I am getting used to the chrome on the door!
