"I have previously submitted a review to say how loud, noisy, not great at cleaning and an auto dry function is not helpful.
after a week - I am still thinking the same

there are features that also make it very not user-friendly - like:
1 - draw for soap cannot be left open and to operate a washing machine door
2 - the magnet on the door sticks out - allot... why canot it be on the machine which already sticks out!?
3 - why is every time you get a new built in or integrated applience the whole don't line up??????
new door, again?
4 - the plastic sheet for the bottom - not fitting properly and letting out way TOO much noise!"

"The product is really good. Amazed at how quiet it is. I'm still working out the best programmes to use but that's my issue not the machines!
Everything went really well up until delivery when unfortunately the installer managed to damage my waste pipe, a call to customer services and a plumber was out the same day fixing it for me so problem quickly fixed
Great product, great service great price"

I am really not that picky when it comes to the technology, but occasionally do enjoy some good features.
On a paper this one is ok, in reality:
- noisy - ok, I knew it was not that quite from the description, but it squeks, bangs when changes spin (why does it do that with jump???), Other human and animal noises, and yes, very noisy in operation!!!! I forgot that machine can be that noisy!
- washing is below average - not blown away as washing quality is way below average
- drying impossible - one would think that auto drying would be good, but with options of 4 hours drying for a baby blanket!!!!!!?! Had to turn it off after 1 hour as it was starting to burn!!!!!!
This is one of the features that I would love to decide auto or the old fashioned increments of 30 min!
Overall, if I could send it back or exchange it - I would jump to the opportunity as it really not good :(

"The machine is A rated and the 14 minute cycle is a bonus as far as I am concerned - less time to have the washing machine on and a perfectly good wash for everyday. "
