"Purchased this machine as many reviews stated how quiet it is? Not for me. I find it very loud and not suitable for open plan kitchen. Apparently if you dont put enough in for a wash then it becomes unbalanced and makes a really high pitched noise as it tries to go into a spin. Otherwise plenty of options for quick wash etc but not many options for the dryer."

"Before purchasing this I was unsure if I should. I had been told by family members they weren't worth the money and didn't dry properly. Well! I was presently surprised when they were wrong. Yes, it takes a long time. On a hot dry, the time it is four hours. So you won't be getting a quick dry from it. However, it did the job.
I've yet to use all the functions but so far I'm pretty pleased. It's not too noisy, no more noisy than any other machine I've had.
The only reason I've not given it five stars is because I found the instructions for using it weren't very clear so I'm just guessing how I do things, which so far is working out for me. However, that may just be me trying to rush it as I have a toddler, who likes to 'help' with the washing."

"Excellent service as I have come to expect from AO. The washer is quiet, works well and is 100% up to press. Did have to adjust the door on the on the unit however as the fixing points on the washer were 20mm out compared to old one which seemed odd.
In summary, great service, great product."

"Having had a hoover washer dryer in the past I was keen to stay with a reliable machine. The washer dryer is an excellent price and has many updated features using digital displays. It is easy to install and the programming is easy to use. Very happy with product."
