"The washing machine is fantastic but the dryer only has set programmes and it decides how long it will take. You can't just stick your socks in for 30 minutes which is a real pain."

"I put my first wash in this machine. I was amazed that it not only washed the clothes but they came out dry and ironed. It saved me a lot of time, which is just what you need when you are a working mum. "

"There is lots of different cycles to choose from for washing. Easy to use. The tumble dryer has three settings to choose from and the sensor has worked well so far in ensuring clothes are dry when the cycle has finished. Happy with this product overall"

"Washing machine is great and as expected. We opted for the fitting service and removal of old appliance. Because the dishwasher would need pulling out to do this the washing machine was left in my very small kitchen and we were left to arrange this ourselves. Getting hold of a plumber to come and sort this for us was a complete nightmare as they are so unreliable for small jobs like this. So what was supposed to be an excellent and complete service turned into having a washing machine dumped in my kitchen for a couple of weeks. It’s put me off using AO to be completely honest. "
