"We haven’t had the washing machine for long but it seems great so far. There are lots of programs to choose from and plenty of options in terms of washing temperature, spin, delayed start etc. The quality of the wash is fantastic, whites have come out sparkling!
It isn’t silent but it’s quiet enough and the large capacity is really useful."

"Bought this to replace our old Electrolux. It's difficult to get an integrated machine that fitted our needs. We've been using it for a week now, and still really happy with the effectiveness of its wash. The only slight setback is the length of compatible washes with my old machine...this one takes so much longer. For example, a 90C wash was 90 minutes now it's 130 minutes. With a family of 5, 3 of which are teenagers, we have the machine on a lot, so time is important to us. Love having the bigger wash capacity, it does help with the amount of washing we go through.
Overall the machine is perfect at washing, although a little noisier than the last one, and ironically the end of wash alarm is so quiet, behind the integrated door, that we sometimes miss it ( only realising the wash has ended because we can't hear the machine working)."

"Love this integrated washing machine. Instructions were clearly layed out so it was easy to install on my own.
The huge drum accommodates lots of washing. The programmer is easy to use, I’ve only needed to look at the paperwork once.
Would easily recommend this product to my friends and family."

"Machine was returned 1 day after delivery. Unbelievably noisy and loved to dance across the kitchen floor when on spin. No one could argue with the machines features and price BUT not fit for purpose. AO were great though with the return and purchase of a replacement Neff machine."
