"Ive had the machine for 1 week and so far its been good. Not too noisy and the spin speed is great. The only thing is the instructions do not explain how to use the rapid function and I cant work out how to change the length of time. "

"We have intregated appliances in our kitchen and we needed a new wahing machine quickly, we chose the Hoover 9 KG machine and we are amazed at the efficiency this machine has. lots of programmes we never had on our previous one. We are very pleased with the look and the manufacture, everything about it ticks the boxes for us, it looks good, it works great and is quiet on full spin.5 stars!"

"The machine worked for 2 days then stopped working. Engineer said the pump wasn’t working and there was an electrical fault. The 2 days it was working it washed well but was a bit noisy when spinning"
