"Great communication especiallty concerning the delivery, tracking information is constantly being updated and the driver called when he was about 30 mins away.
On arrival they were friendly and put the appliance in the room we requested and then they took the old appliance away, no fuss no dramas just great service, thank you so.com"

"Is it possible to hate an inanimate object? This machine is quiet yes, does it's thing without interference yes but it's driving me crazy! The purpose of a machine is to wash and yet ever since a few weeks in (we've had this machine 11 months now) it has left marks on our clothes, nasty, yukky, grey sluggy marks. I've had Beko appliances before and been very pleased with them but this one doesn't do what it's designed to do. It gets cleaned both mechanically by wiping the drum out and all the rubber seals, etc. and the clean cycle run regularly and still I have dirty marks on nearly every load. I did a load of hot whites this morning just after I'd cleaned the drum yesterday and every single one of them has sludge marks on and no the machine wasn't overloaded, it was barely half full for this load so fullness doesn't seem to correlate with marks. Really unhappy with this purchase. Delivery was of course impeccable as always."

"Very pleased with this machine. Can’t believe how quiet the spin cycle is. I have an open plan kitchen dining living area & it’s very quiet. Time adjusted also based on load weight makes it more economical. Really like the option of a quick wash too. Very happy & would definitely recommend. "

"I've only had it a week but so far I am very happy with this washing machine. It washes well and is very quiet, a huge factor for me as I live in a flat with a kitchen/ living room.
As mentioned in other reviews, it doesn't do the 1600 spin in every programme. For example the Mixed Fabrics wash is Set at 40 Temp and only 800 Spin. Srangely the Synthetic programme is Set at 40 Temp and 1200 Spin! However the Spin+Drain option is Set at 1600 for 12mins so I've run that at the end of my wash and am very pleased with how 'dry' the clothes come out. I'm sure as I further explore the different wash options I'll find the settings I prefer.
Again I reiterate how pleased I am with this lovely machine."
