"From start to finish this has been a great experience. The staff that called to make sure everything was ok were brilliant and very helpful and polite, the lady that sold us the extra insurance was very informative and helpful. The delivery guys that turned up when they said they would turn up were superb and rather chipper for a Saturday. Finally the actual product is brilliant. The drum is much bigger than our last washing machine and performs like a dream I would 100% recommend. This is a genuine review and I just want to say a big thank you to ao for a great customer experience. Thanks all"
