"Only used two programs so far but washes well. Door does not open flat so filling lower tray is a bit awkward and when heavy it wants to roll back in before you are ready, also sometimes if heavy wheels at the back drop inside the rails so it gets difficult to push the tray in correctly."

Sadly, the only thing missing was the waste water U clip for the felxible house, and I had to buy that separately.
Door fixing kit was adequate.
Mains cable was not sufficiently long enought for me, so you may require a sinle extension lead.
