"The guys delivered my freezer. Upon entry to my flat i explained i was in middle of decorating. The kitchen had only been finished a week. They caught the new wall paper in kitchen and made 2 holes in the wallpaper. My decorator was here and saw him do this. So i was not impressed"

"This freezer is advertised as having a reversible door. However upon reversing the door it became clear that the holes on the main body for the hinge had been drilled in the wrong place, and as a result there was a gap of up to 2mm between the door seal and the main body, hence the freezer was unuseable. Even before we reversed the door the seal felt flimsy and sited for a very minimal seal against the main body of the unit."
