"We really liked this dishwasher but were really disappointed when it completely broke down on us at only 18months old. My husband reassured me not to worry as we had a 2year warranty on this product which was one of the main reasons we went for this in the first place. However when we tried to contact beko we were told we were not covered as we had not registered for the second year. This is not clear and we both feel mislead by Beko and Ao as on this site it's states next to this product that is has two years warranty and then in small print underneath (contact manufacturer for extended warranty) this is misleading as it sounds as if you automatically get two years and then there is an option for extra paid warranty. When we pointed this out to Ao they simply referred me on to one of their partner companies where the sales person tried to pressurise me to sign up to a expensive monthly warranty scheme. Thanks Ao great customer service. I also am down £45 after paying an engineer to diagnose the problem which is a hefty repair as the ecb (eltronic control board) had blown. Apparently this should not have happened on a dishwasher of this age and is an expensive fix so not worth fixing. He suggested we contact the companies any we bought the appliance from. I would caution anyone considering a beko product (we have previously had problems with a beko fridge also) & purchasing through Ao as the customer service has been terrible with both companies on both occasions. We are bitterly dissatisfied and exasperated that yet again we will be forced to pay out for yet another beko appliance that can't make it past the two years mark. If you do decide to purchase this product for goodness sake to not forget to register your item for the second year guarantee within 90 days of purchasing your dishwasher as otherwise it is not two years it is one. Never mind if you have proof of purchase (which usually legally entitles you to whatever warranty is available on the product) , Ao don't care they are solely want your money not to help their customers. Be careful. "

"We bought this as a replacement, its exceeded our expectations. Love the top cutlery drawer and how quiet it is. A few times I have had to check, which the red light comes in handy for.

"An absolutely perfect machine for our needs. Plenty of room and feels more spacious than our previous dishwasher.
Cutlery drawer is a great addition. Was worried that glasses wouldn't fit in the top drawer, but with the height adjustable top drawer, I can fit in pint glasses in the top and dinner plates underneath no problem.
Nice addition to have a cutlery basket just incase your glasses and plates are too large you could remove the cutlery drawer to make more space.
Extra washing arm on the bottom to help wash extra messy pans is a great extra feature.
So far the eco wash has been able to handle everything thrown at it.
It is so quiet you need the floor LED to know when it has finished.
Can't really find fault with it so far!
