The product was well packaged in the manufacturers protective packaging meaning that it was connected and up and working with no issues. The product itself worked exactly as expected so no issues in the first instance. Time will tell but read good reviews elsewhere so not expecting issues."

"Took delivery and worked well but soon developed a high-pitched squeal. Had to have engineer to replace rubber washer and noise stopped. All good and works well now. One 'feature' didn't reckon on was auto anti-crease: if timer is set it tumbles for about 10 seconds every half hour until it runs set programme. Auto anti-crease is on all programmes so cannot be over-ridden on this model. Light sleepers beware! "

"We bought this dryer as we did not have one in our new home and were tired of walking round a large airer in our tiny hall. Having thought we did not have room to put one where there was plumbing, and did not want to have to use an ungainly vent, I was delighted to find that today's condensers drain into a drawer which can then be tipped away at the end of the drying...result! Ao had one on their site which is ideal and fits into the porch perfectly. I have already done four different cycles and it has performed well. I am more than pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend. "
