"Good - very quiet, good choice of cleaning cycles,
Negative - the upper tray is positioned too low for my liking and cannot be adjusted - it means larger untensils cannot be loaded in to lower tray, which is unhelpful "

"This washing machine is SIMPLY EXCELLENT.
Brilliant settings - the eco setting is perfect and does a really thorough job. My dishes and glasses are sparking clean. Other settings yet to try yet but I'm sure they'll be equally as good.
Looks modern. Suits new kitchen styles.
Used to have a Bosch before, Hotpoint just the same or better.
Delivered on time and engineers took right into my kitchen. Very easy to fit.
Thoroughly recommend."

"We’ve had this dishwasher for 18 months and it’s broken down, the cycle never ends it just keeps squirting water the whole time it is on. Also randomly stops throughout the cycle until you press the start button again. hotpoint only give you a years warranty so nothing you can do. We now have to spend out on a new dishwasher. Extremely unhappy. Won’t ever buy anything else hotpoint "

"Straightforward to install, looks great and does a brilliant job with the dishes which are left left dry and spotlessly clean. Lots of programs to choose from. Very pleased."

"Pleased with the customer service from AO. Call to confirm order and great delivery updates.
Product itself is working well. It looks neat in the kitchen. My only criticism is that the electrical lead is not long enough and it wouldn't reach our plug socket which is located in the kitchen cupboards. We replaced a hotpoint for another hotpoint in the hope that all fittings were identical. We had to move another appliance so that we didn't have to get an electrician to fit a new socket"
