"It was delivered on time and installed as expected. Old machine taken away. AO were great (5* review for their customer service!). Unfortunately as soon as I tried the first cycle, it came up with an F1 error (failure to drain).
I got the Hotpoint technician out to investigate (took a couple of days) and he did so free of charge. He adjusted something, said it was fine and tootled off. I tried to run a cycle and got an F1 error again.
Called AO, who moved quickly to replace it with a different brand and refund the difference.
Can't fault AO's service, which was excellent. The machine itself didn't work. New machine from different manufacturer was delivered, installed and worked fine.
So this machine gets 1 star unlike AO themselves who were great. In terms of looks the machine was lovely, and the inside spacious - shame it didn't work!"

"I am so pleased with my new Hotpoint dishwasher. I did a lot of research after buying a cheap model last year and being very disappointed. This is exactly as states - shiny, clean plates, very quiet and easy to move shelves to fit bigger items. "
