"I hope I can change the score soon - we have been using the dryer for a week - with a back load of washes - previous tumble dryer was a condenser - we were aware this one would take longer to dry clothes - unfortunately (even though we have seperaed into like items and materials) even on cotton extra dry and not pausing or opening the machine before cycle end - items still feel damp and require additional 10mins or 20mins at cycle end to dry completely - we have read and set controls as required and the room is 22degC - maybe we are missing something?
Will play with it for a bit longer but not impressed that we have to - hoped it would be plug and play - so jury is still out so far......"

"Tried drying the cloths two times after purchase, so far performance is good. The only cons with this product are, it stays ON after the drying cycle is completed. An additional feature of self-turning off after drying is completed would have been great. There are other brands providing this feature at a lower price. Overall happy with the product, giving 1 star less for the missing feature."
"It's too early to say because only had this product for under a week. So far so good can't really comment on reliability yet hence the lost star. I bought this product because it was energy efficient . The dryer has dried everything I have put in it so far so looks like it's doing its job. I would recommend based on the very short experience I've had but would like to update once I have been using for a while .
