"The independent repair man who condemned our previous condenser dryer after 12 years heavy use said Beko seemed the most reliable and he should know. The manual is poorly written (eg uses closet,/wardrobe,/cupboard interchangeably), refers to a ventilation programme (assume that's "freshen") and doesn't adequately explain the difference between the programmes. For example - why doesn't the manual say that baby protect uses high heat to kill bugs and allergens and what is the difference between the Sports programme and synthetics? Anyway the machine itself works well - quiet and dried clothes quicker than using a dehumidifier. The "Jeans" programme gets trousers too hot to comfortably touch. Will take some trial and error to choose the right options to get all clothes fully dry."

"It's great, not too loud, love the light in the drum to see what's in there in case I miss anything. Main reason we got it was for energy saving but won't be able to tell about that until we have more useage. It's very smart looking and overall very happy with the purchase"

"This product ticked all the boxes for me and gets a five star rating from me. Having had a condenser dryer for years, I was unsure about switching to a heat pump dryer. It retains the heat unlike my old dryer which emitted heat and made the kitchen very warm. I would highly recommend this product to those people wishing to switch from condenser to heat pump."

"This heat pump dryer is the best tumble dryer I have ever used! With its reverse action it drys clothes without leaving any dampness. Plus it’s extremely economical on the electric. It’s easy to use with the dial, plus easy to empty the water and remove the fluff. I would definitely recommend it. "
