"My previous LEC fridge freezer eventually gave up the ghost. My space is limited and I wanted more freezer space so I was very pleased to find this model. Fits perfectly and the extra height makes it roomier. Frost free too ! Very pleased. Like the LED light as well and no stick out handles which are a nuisance in a small kitchen."

"Nice f/f but I'm a bit disappointed with the little things like the door shelves are too shallow and if you open the door too quickly, stuff tries to fall out ( and sometimes does ).The fridge interior shelves only have 3 positions which these days is quite poor, why do they not allow more variation so that you don't have to lay bottles on their side which then possibly leak. The freezer also holds less than I expected, only 3 or 4 items per shelf depending on size. Another possible problem is that the f/f gets warm around its sides, the back which is fire resistant, stays cold. So if you need to use it in more confined space then it could be an issue. I've also noted that the fridge temp. varies by 6 degrees. On its coldest setting it can go from 1c to 7c which I assume is caused by the auto defrost function. My old f/f varied by 5 degrees. The freezer goes between -16 to -22c.
On the plus side, the fridge interior light is bright. The whole machine is quiet, more so than my old f/f, although there is a bit of gurgling. Also there is a separate control for the freezer which is tucked away behind the fridge salad box for some reason. Its not a thermostat but seems to control how much cold air gets into the freezer. Its a nice touch and one that isn't mentioned in the instructions at all. I also have to add that the instructions are not the most informative I've seen.
The overall quality seems good for the price and I would recommend. However in my case I was constrained by size and this was one of a handful of f/f that fitted. If I could have chosen any f/f then I would have gone up to a more expensive machine with more of the features I wanted.

"For a given price most fridge freezers are much the same, however this is quite a quiet model and the shelves and drawers are robust. The clear door shelves make it easy to see the contents. The interior light is strong and even."

"We’ve been looking for a fridge to go into quite a slim space behind our kitchen door for quite awhile but a lot of the options we looked at were much smaller than our current full sized fridge and we were worried their capacity wouldn’t meet our needs.
This fridge is tall enough that you still have quite a bit of capacity (more than enough for our family of 3). It’s also far quieter than our previous fridge which is a bonus! "
