"Initially really pleased with this item and as usual excellent service from AO. The design is great and the Freezer drawers are brilliant.
However, the top storage shelf in the fridge door which has a cover was always stiff from delivery. Sadly, so stiff it eventually snapped off. Despite numerous e-mails to Haier they refuse to replace it and state we should have reported it as fault within 30 days? They sent us a link to buy one, that didn't work, then another link, that did work but the part is "temporarily unavailable".
So, if your cheese shelf cover is stiff I suggest you contact them immediately to see how you get on, although I wouldn't hold my breath. In the meantime we will cross our fingers and hope the item itself continues to work so we never have to contact their Customer Service again! Shame as nice well designed Fridge Freezer."

"This fridge looks bigger than I thought but I love it. The freezer drawers are accessed from outside. ( no external door to freezer drawers) Much easier to see contents. Absolutely delighted."

"So far we're really pleased, early days though! Love the freezer drawers even though there are only 2, you are able to see the contents better and the shallow trays are an excellent feature to store smaller items. Could do with a bottle rack."
