"This is our second Haier fridge freezer and although we love it, we are anxious about it not lasting very long. Around 20 months ago we bought an almost identical product and loved it, however after 18 months the My Zone started freezing our fruit and veg. We contacted Haier and an engineer came out and replaced the door seals. Unfortunately this didn’t resolve issue and we were told the control panel needed replacing and they’d be in touch to arrange this. Several weeks later we were told the control panel was still not available and to resolve it we would be given a full refund. Fantastic - except the fridge freezer has dramatically increased in price. AO contributed some money towards it, as a goodwill gesture but we still had to pay over £100 for a replacement that wasn’t working properly through no fault of ours. (Delivery of the new one was quick and they took the old one away too.) Despite this we are really pleased with the updated model, it has a larger capacity than the older model and the water dispenser doesn’t slosh water onto the bottom of the fridge like the old one did. We are apprehensive about the longevity of this model but will consider taking out their insurance as it may cover us if a similar issue arises with our current model. "

"I don’t normally leave reviews but felt I had to for this! I honestly can’t fault anything about it. It’s spacious, looks lovely, cleverly designed, great features. I did lots of research prior to buying it and I’m so glad I chose this one. Only thing to bare in mind is don’t over fill the freezer drawers (above the top of the drawer) as when you close it items will slide down the back. Seems pretty obvious but when I ordered frozen food I slightly over did it! Will know for next time how much it holds (which is a very reasonable amount!) "
"I was bit hesitant regarding this model as honestly never heard of it, after doing many comparison with branded models like LG & Samsung which I am always purchasing, I noticed many other features that Haier had, which was the ease of freezer doors - it's the best so easy to open & slide through & see your frozen products. The freezer is wide, plenty of space to feed a family of 5. It's got a nice French door look option to open one door access fridge rather than open both. Easy to set your temperatures. Bonus point you can turn your whole fridge freezer into a fridge if need more space. The air flow is really good. Very less sound, compared to Samsung. I love it, I would highly recommend & would also look into purchasing other Haier products in near future. Already looking at Washer-Dryer machine. "
