"We had a number of problems connecting our washing machine to the water feed pipe.
AO refunded our installation as it could not be completed and they were extremely helpful and efficient at re-arranging delivery for when we had our water pipe sorted.

"We selected this washer dryer based on some excellent reviews (including which) and whilst early days we haven't been disappointed overall. It washes quickly and with lots of programmes and flexibility in how it runs. The only reason not to award 5 stars is that - the sorry programme struggled to wash clean our toddlers smelliest clothes (we had to wash them again on a different programme - although this was successful) and the dryer works well but takes a long time (as with other washer dryers I believe, but not as good as (unsurprisingly) a standalone dryer)"

"I have only had the product for a week now and it has been great. This washer / dryer is a massive upgrade from my old washer, having a countdown clock is really helpful and the washer often recalculates the time depending load size (usually less time).
It can be a bit noisy when the dryer first kicks in but it is still much quieter than my old washer so I cannot complain."
