"This product is easy to use and has a lot of options for programmes. It can get loud when it is at its highest spin cycle but I don't mind too much because it doesn't last long. The dryer takes a long time - it took an hour to dry 3 items. So far I am happy with this product. BE WARNED - The dimensions were misleading as it states 54" depth on the website but in the manual it stated 59" depth so we had a struggle fitting this in and had to get workmen to re-route the pipes."

"Great washing machine. Clothes come out very clean and well spun. Unfortunately the dryer takes a very long time and smells awful while drying. I’m guessing the smell is new smell getting hot but it gave me a headache. Shame drying isn’t quicker really. "

"This is the first time I have bought a Beko product and I am very happy with it. Love the daily quick wash setting and the ability to set the temperature. Dryer very good better than my old one. Will definitely buy Beko again! "

"I bought this machine after much deliberation and after reading reviews online and checking out Which?. I considered other models (AEG, John Lewis) that were £150+ more but decided this one had the right balance of features and price. So far, I've been quite pleased with my decision. The Beko strikes me as a good machine for a small household willing to dry some items in the machine and others on a rack.
Pros: remarkably quiet; quick wash mode can be adjusted (e.g. hot wash); dries small loads well and relatively fast; particularly suited to washing more but smaller loads; quiet end-of-cycle buzzer (can't be turned off as far as I can tell)
Cons: 5kg wash-and-dry setting produces lots of wrinkles; Eco feature doesn't allow some options (e.g. second rinse); larger items (e.g. duvet covers) tend to get twisted both washing and drying"
