No frills, it has a simple low medium high control and a door, that's it. It seems quiet though that's not a concern for us. Unpacking was easy just make sure you locate the screw caps for fitting over the door handle which needs installing. Ideal auxiliary frozen storage when like us, the fridge freezer in our house has inadequate space to store a full week's needs in these times of limited movement. First class delivery too. "
"A good size chest freezer for a family - not too large but large enough to hold a good amount of food. The lid is counterbalanced which means it stays open until the user decides to close it down - which is a very helpful feature. We have located it in our insulated garden outbuilding, but even so it is almost silent when operating. Once set up, the food put into it froze extremely quickly which is always a good thing. All in all, we are delighted with our new chest freezer and delighted with the service provided by AO.com."
