"The freezer is great quality and energy-efficient we are so happy with the product. But more so we are so happy with AO and the level of fantastic service that they have provided. We ordered our freezer and within two days we had it on our doorstep, we had a fantastic customer services advisor contact us to confirm the order and delivery and ensure that we were happy with the product and advise us of Covid guidance that their delivery men would be complying to.
During such uncertain times when we are ordering products and various companies are failing to deliver or are taking over a month to deliver. I could not be happier with the level of service that AO have given me. Thank you AO"

"Really delighted with this chest freezer. Much bigger inside than it looks. Fits perfectly in my shed. Low noise level. Delivery was prompt & guys very helpful. Excellent buy for the price, looks more expensive than it was. Came with one basket so just wondering if it's possible to buy an extra basket for it as it has spacious compartment inside, deeper than expected. Highly recommend this product & AO...will buy from them again in the future.
