"I chose this dishwasher because it was recommended by Good Housekeeping and I wanted it to be quiet as we run it late in the evening. It has a light projection on the floor (white) to tell you the running time. This is useful as it is so quiet, you can see it is on! I am getting used to the 'push the door to open' feature - slightly annoying if you accidentally lean on it. The top drawer cutlery tray is very easy to use and gives more space overall. We are running it once a day instead of twice, as with our previous machine. The recommended eco programme is long, but that does not bother me. Everything is coming out very clean. The build quality is okay - you are paying for the quiet motor and the sound proofing. The door pops open at the end to aid drying - you can turn this function off - I would if I had small children."

"Very happy with the clean this dishwasher gives, and the projected image on the floor showing how much time is left is really neat. There's a feature to give an extra dry during the cycle and we find that this is needed. Incredibly quiet - it is even quieter than our silence plus washing machine. Don't know how Bosch have made this so quiet. I guess that the only downside is that you pay for all these benefits."

"After extensive research I plumped for this one. Easy to use, economical with water and lots of features. The best one is on the Eco setting (default option) when the door pops open at the end of the 3 hour, 15 minute cycle. This always bugged me with my previous dishwasher as I would wait for it to finish to avoid the door being left shut over night and all the plastics remaining wet.
The silent option is really quiet - not silent but good enough.
The touch dials are ok - could be better and like all touch dials get greasy after pressing but that's a minor quibble.
The cutlery tray is right at the top which is terrific - means there's more space for dishes.
Also tells you when you cleaning cycle needs to run which helps maintain it.
I would without hesitation, recommend this dishwasher and I'm a fussy chap!"

"Can’t comment on installation because I didn’t do it, love it though easy instruction thought it would be more complicated, only small thing I think could have added another removable plastic support for glasses would help when u entertain, a great model so long as it lasts had last one for over 20 years don’t know if they make them like that these days."

"Great machine, works beautifully. The projector is a genius move, showing phase and remaining time. Adjustable height on middle shelf is great. Cutlery shelf is great, and saves time. Note, it would be nice to be able to position/scale the image. It falls across a tile joint on my kitchen floor. My only niggle is that the shelves are slightly wobbly when extended. could be smoother there. Otherwise, a brilliant piece of German technology, silent, efficient. "

"Brought this dishwasher to replace old one that went wrong unrepairable, very pleased with new one, easy to install, washes dishes better, items sparkle, very quiet operation and plenty of choice of programmes to choose from, have tried all and non have failed with their results, very pleased."
