"AO are brilliant. From the ordering online, to the follow up call to confirm the details, then delivery/installation...great! Oven and hob seem okay so far. Getting to grips with the quicker warm up time and cooking times. The only thing I would have preferred would be the oven light to be to the side and not up on top of the oven, as when you have a large tray on top then you cannot see the trays below. Very small inconvenience, but thought I had to say something!!! Overall a very pleasant process. "

"3rd consecutive Bosch appliance from AO. We have found all of them to be of high quality, well made and reliable. We selected this hob based on both its features and its price point. The sword controls are easy to use and a feature worth paying extra for. There are 9 settings with the lowest setting perfect for simmering. The gas flame quality is exceptional - it is so good we had to Google it to find out why ! Our installer was delighted with both the instructions and the parts supplied. The product was often out of stock throughout the summer - based on our initial impressions it is easy to see why !"
