Easy to set up and use (even for me!) and very easy to switch between functions.
The sound quality is significantly improved, we just had a separate speaker before and this has more options.
A customer service rep let us know that it could be incompatible with an older TV which I thought might be an issue as our TV is a a good few years old but it works perfectly.
Looks neat and smart too, doesn't take up too much room. "
