"The product looks good. Unfortunately, I had to arrange it's returned because it is faulty. I now have to wait yet another 3 weeks before I can have an exchange and connection. I'm very disappointed with the service and the further delays. I needed the oven on the day it was connected, costing £90,and couldn't use it because of the faulty, its brand new. No products should leave the warehouse faulty. No excuse. "
