"This was a replacement one for ours that broke and I must say it is definitely a upgrade. Its so easy to use and it gets the pans so hot quickly. The delivery guys were really helpful as well and they called a hr away to let me know l. Would recommend this product to anyone as it is very good as it looks the part. Only think is that you have to wire it into the plug but that was ot a problem for us."
"Easy to fit as came with cable pre fitted which was a bonus, as online manual for the product describes as without. ao must have them pre fitted expecting you to ask them for installation service. Anyway I didn't need a cable as was replacement for existing hob. "
