"We were let down by a high street retailer who failed to deliver our new oven and hob before Christmas. So cancelled our order with them and reordered via AO, To be honest I would now always order via AO, the service was excellent down to a 30 minute installation window. The Bosch oven and hob were installed quickly and cleanly, including a tutorial on usage. "

"Looks nice on the work top. The stainless steel is more shinny, and flatter than the previous Bosch. Easier to clean, like the Flame Select Controls. Only had it 2 weeks."
