"Delivery person very polite and helpful. The hob is a bit difficult to get to grips with as the plates keep coming on and off so takes while to work out timing of cooking stuff . Looks very nice in situ and matches our bosch oven perfect"

"An excellent product, well made and easy to install. Warms up and cools down quickly but the controls are very difficult to read. Black switches on a black background with small grey numbers are a poor design feature. They are not good for a mature person with less than perfect eye sight. I've had to put some silver tape on the switches in order to see their setting clearly. Pity about this it's otherwise a good product. "

"The hob looks very nice and easy to clean, getting on in age meant we were struggling with touch button displays so we are very pleased with the large controls on this hob, it would of been nice if you could remove the controls to clean under them, but not a big issue."
