"We have never used induction before, always gas, but we needed 5 cooking areas to give more room for large pans, and gas was out due to the upper cupboards. The induction hob looks really smart and the kitchen looks tidier. It is so easy to clean too, compared with the old gas hob and all its fiddly bits! Cooking is easy - we are surprised how quickly we have adapted and the responsiveness is impressive. I don't know why we waited so long to change!"
