Induction is the way forward

"I was nervous about induction hobs, but after some research I decided to go for it, and I'm so glad I did. It doesn't get anywhere near as hot as a normal hob, meaning my little boy can watch and 'help'.

It is so smart and sleek I see why they are now becoming the popular choice for hobs.

It detects a pan on the hob, turns off after not being used and has it's own timer built in, which you can set to turn the hob off rather than rushing back in to the room to turn off your cooking. And when you adjust the temperature you see an instant change, it's so quick!

The large hob in the centre is a perfect size for my wok or crepe pan, where previous hobs have not been able to reach the edges of these pans, this hob does it with ease. I'm also excited to try the flex induction zone feature, I've seen some large griddle plates that I am keen to use.

This hob is a lovely feature in my kitchen and really brings it up to date and smart!"

Looks stylish and works like a dream

"This is the second induction hob but the first Neff I've used and cannot fault it. It looks stylish and streamlined with it's bevelled edge and is therefore easy to keep clean, needing only a quick wipe down with a damp cloth.

The controls are easy to use and it both heats up and cools down fast. There are five induction zones and even if pans are placed a little off centre of the chosen zone it recognises the pan and heats up accordingly. There is also a timer which can be used in all five zones with auto shut off which I have used for boiling eggs. This would be the perfect choice of hob for a family with young children or pets as it is much safer than traditional electric or gas hobs. "
