"Received our goods in good time only to open the box of our Bosch gas on glass hob to reveal that the glass had been scratched and the hob has been severely damaged
Few phone calls later AO had organised for my damaged hob to be picked up and a brand new one delivered the next day free of charge

"Hob is elegant and lovely to look at. Fast burner generates good heat. The flame select option is amazing. I find the cast iron pan supports hard to clean but am mostly happy with my product. "
