"We are extremely pleased with the oven, it totally matched the AO description, we didn’t relize just how in efficient our old one was.
Only down side it took three attempts to get it delivered some issues with stock level at AO
On the positive side the customer service staff member was very helpful and friendly and in fact saved the day for AO"

"Good size top and bottom oven, wide grill pan, can use smaller top oven for most cooking and bottom oven for larger things like roasts and batch baking. Inner glass doors are removable for easy cleaning and grill element is hinged, drops down for cleaning the top of the oven.
Cannot understand why a grill pan handle is not included, have not found how or where to get one yet. "
