"We purchased this oven to replace an existing Zanussi oven because someone broke the door. This oven seemed like a nice drop in replacement, however it is nowhere near as good as the model it replaced.
The list (and it is a list) of problems include:
- Door gets very hot (as in, you'd burn your hand if you kept it there for long - so not great if you have young children).
- There is a lip on the shelves, making it difficult and dangerous when trying to get trays out of the oven.
- The oven, despite fitting in the same cavity as our old oven, isn't quite as wide inside and our largest oven roasting tray touches the sides.
- The buttons on the clock / timer feel like cheap plastic and are mushy to press. I'm not convinced they'll last long.
- There are no grill pan handles included! Zanussi expect you to buy these separately or just burn your hands. Unbelievable.
- The pictures were misleading (AO appear to have updated the pictures) - the actual oven dials have markings around them, which makes a big difference to the appearance of the oven (I'd assumed from the old pictures that the temperature readouts would be digital on the display).
- There are quite large gaps above the top of each oven door which looks odd and they don't appear even - so two slightly different sized gaps.
- There are only two screw holes for fitting the oven in place which made it harder for the oven fitter to fit it correctly. The old oven had four holes. How much would it have cost Zanussi to add those two extra holes?
The only good point of the oven is that it does get very hot, but then I'd expect that from a new oven. Overall, I'm very disappointed with this oven and will be avoiding Zanussi and Electrolux (their parent company) appliances in future.
Though the appliance is poor, the service from AO was good.

The cooker looks top range ,looking very classy ,easy to use. So far ,no problems at all. Not one meal cooked on one side only,perfect, even cooking.

"The oven looks very stylish and I find it very easy to clean. It has plenty of cooking functions to suit all of my baking and grilling needs. It's an excellent with the top oven bigger than other ovens we looked at before buying. Very happy with my purchase which I think is very good value."
