"Great service from start to finish. Product is great, easy to use, lots of features. I particularly like that the icons are around the knobs. The knobs push in when not in use which is easy to clean and looks nicer. I like the alarms features- you can set it to start and finish, just to finish and the heat turns off or just an alarm/timer. For the price range it is great!
The only downside, like other reviews, is that it only comes with 2 shelves and the old ones are too big to use as extras."
