"Double oven delivered on time as per tracking. Engineer and driver both very polite and discussed best route into house to comply with social distancing. They quickly removed old oven and installed new one, and all the packaging taken away.
Great, efficient service, and would but from AO again!"

"Bought to replace a broken oven so it needed to fit in the space we had. There were installation problems due to the fact the oven is square at the back whilst our old one stepped away leaving room for a gas pipe to the gas hob. After getting the pipe moved slightly the installation was relatively easy.
Both ovens are roughly the same size and both ovens have a fan in them. I can fit a reasonable sized chicken in the bottom oven which is big enough for our needs - but may be too small for others.
The shelves are not as good quality as our old oven they are not as robust.
I've been using this oven for a week now and its working fine. Just getting used to the settings.
It looks good in the kitchen. I like the pop out knobs with the settings/temperature on.
Slightly bemused with the instruction books that gives you the settings to cook a hare! Frozen pizza and fish finger settings would be more realistic!"

"The Zanussi ZOF35802XK is a great Oven, does exactly what we wanted. The lip on the shelves has caught us out a couple of times as it stops you pulling a tray out without having to lift it up a little.
The top oven is probably used more than the bottom at the moment, due to the fact it's also a fan oven.
Still early days but can't grumble. "
