"Good well built washing machine and the service from ao.com was great. Only issue is the cutlery draw which limits the space in the top drawer. If you have tall glasses and mugs I would stick to a basket for the extra space. "

"Very pleased with this machine, bought to replace an expensive AEG that was unreliable and a pain to use due to fussy touch buttons.
This one is easy to use with push button selectors and the cutlery tray works really well. I've seen others complain about the height restriction on the second tray but we've not noticed an issue and the tray can be lowered too.
One warning. If you want to install the unit tight to your worktop then you need to check the height of your cupboard front is within the maximum (hidden deep int he specs) or you will find the door will not open. It took me a while to understand what was going on and I had to drop the unit 2cm lower and mount the door higher to get around this. There is a considerably more expensive model that has rising hinges to get around this. "

"The cutlery ‘drawer’ is a revelation...cleaner utensils and no more rusting as they can dry out completely. The setting for extra dry does help with plastics, but they often require drying with the dish towel(granted only a problem if you have kids) The drawers do feel a bit cheap, the bottom one doesn’t settle into its bumper/stops and is very unruly until quite full. But it is very quiet! Love the light to let you know it’s still running. "
