"Replaces a Beko which lasted 5 years. Seems well made, washes dishes very well leaving them sparkling, a little more noisy than our last dishwasher but washes much better. Plenty of height for large plates on lower shelf and tall glasses on the upper shelf."

"From start to finish of ordering this item AO have been great. I ordered over the phone and the AO colleague was very helpful and polite, delivery was arranged and was much quicker than all their competitors. Currys had a 4 week wait for this item, John Lewis had a week wait, and AO were able to deliver within days! impressed!
When the item was delivered the people who arrived were polite and quick, took all the rubbish with them. I paid for the remove old item and install new one which was great. I googled the morning of delivery 'how long does it take to install a dishwasher' google came back with an hour....ok I thought, clueless I was to how long it would take, and what with COVID and working from home was hoping I could arrange meetings around the installation as I'm WFH from the kitchen table! The day before delivery the all day 7am-7pm slot was narrowed down to between 7am-11am and then provided a link to get more narrow tracking in the morning. In the morning the slot was narrowed down further and the delivery team rang me when they were 30 mins away.
The item itself.......very good, I run it on a fast cycle much quicker than my old NEFF machine, the fast cycle on this one seems to be within the hour. Everything comes out sparkly clean. I find it also very quiet to run. There is a red light which shines on the floor when it is running to prompt you not to open it, which my 21 month old found very curious when she kept trying to pick up the light that was shining on to the floor! Very happy so far with my purchase and very happy with the service received from AO. This is the first time I've used AO and would use again and recommend to others based on my great experience with them. "

"So far so good, had this 2 weeks now and very pleased with it, cleans extremely well but wouldn't expect anything less from a new machine, just makes me realise probably how worn out our bosch was after 14 years.
Nice and quiet and really pleased with it, easy to install and found it was quicker to tip forward and use the winding machanism at the back to lower the feet quickly. Downside would like to know what the timings are on the programs but other than that well pleased with it .

"At 56 years of age I have my first ever dishwasher. A NEFF N30 S511A50X1G. We bought this particular one following our search and from reviews. The dishwasher has the the right amount of programmes we felt we needed as newcomers, two of which are a Chef 70 and Eco 50, and an easy to use control panel. We have not been disappointed with the results. Amazing. A very happy AO customer."
