"This is the replacement for a NEFF dishwasher which was very quiet and perfect for open plan living. The old machine was incredibly heavy when removed and required 2 people to lift it. This one was ultra light and I suspect this is why it is so noisy, it has no insulation. It is so noisy that we have to put it on at bedtime or when we leave the house. To be honest if we could send it back we would, It is particularly annoying because I rang NEFF and they said this was the replacement model and would be just as quiet. I would never buy this dishwasher or any other NEFF product again because of the bad advice given. It would be good if NEFF could respond to this but I don't suppose they will."

"We bought all new NEFF products for our new kitchen. The dishwasher was excellent. It has a light so you know when it is on. The dishes come out sparkling clean and it's not noisy.
Would recommend."
